RETURNS

All sales are final. Please carefully review your order and verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase. There will be no returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

PREORDERS

All pre-orders are final as they are made to order. Once pre-order window is closed your item is locked in and if you want to cancel it will be subject to 25% restocking fee. 

EXCHANGES

We will only replace an item if it is defective. To request an exchange, please contact us.

SHIPPING

Shipping & Customs Policy (USA Orders)

• We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is correct before finalizing your order.
• NIGHTRUNNER INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined and collected by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• For orders shipped to the USA:
  
• If you select Canada Post / USPS, duties and taxes must be prepaid prior to shipping.
• If you select UPS, duties and taxes will be collected by UPS upon delivery + brokerage and handling fees apply which is paid to UPS.
• If you refuse or reject delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, your order will be subject to a restocking fee once returned.

You agree to pay the price for the merchandise in your order at the time you submitted your order and the delivery fees for the shipping service you select.
